Algeria added another three medals to the table, all coming from the Bowles events on day four of the Mediterranean Games on Oran.

Lamia Aissioui earned two medals, the first being alongside Chahrazed Chibani in their voctory over Turkey for the bronze medal and individually Aissioui made it to the final of the singles but lost out to Turkey’s Cil Bahar.

The third medal came from Mohamed Faycal Ouaghlissi in the precision shooting competition, as he beat the Spaniard Jesus Escacho Alarcon for third place with a final score of 40-21.

Algeria end day four in third place with 13 medals. Both Turkey (39 medals) Italy (44 medals) make huge jumps to battle it our for top spot.
